Denman Craft Shop

Artists in the collective run the shop themselves, so feel free to ask questions! Shown here is ceramic artist Marjo Van Tooren smiling behind the till.

Denman Craft Shop is managed by a collective of nine craftswomen who lovingly select and display the work of over 60 artisans. All work is handmade by Denman Islanders.

Visitors to the shop are met with the scent of beeswax candles and handmade soap, the temptation of Denman Island Chocolate, and a lush display of paintings, woodwork, weaving, jewelry, glass, pottery, photography and home-made jams and jellies.

Visitors can leave their cars at Buckley Bay. The shop is located at 3676 Denman Road, just a ten minute walk up the hill from the ferry landing, close to cafes, the Arts Centre, and downtown Denman Village.
